Air Cooled Split & Packaged Systems

Outdoor Unit Controllers (OUC's) with diagnostic indicators are included on some older temperzone models to assist you in identifying faults.
Newer models with UC6, UC7 or UC8 Controllers have Fault Finding information elsewhere on the Tech Info page. Before placing a Fault Enquiry with temperzone, complete a Unit Fault Report which will provide information to assist us in pinpointing your problem.
