Introduction
This download updates the data files used by the DX Air Conditioners 2.0 program (issued June 2004).
You must have a copy of DX Air Conditioners 2.0 installed before running this update. (NB The program's version number appears in the bottom right of the program's main menu screen).
Your projects from version 2.0 will be retained.
Changes
• ISD/OSA 221 replaces ISD/OSA 220
• ISD/OSA 146QB discontinued.
• Update for changes made to Technical Data and Installation & Maintenance pamphlets.
Before Running this Software Update
1. Check you already have DX Air Conditioners version 2.0 installed.
2. Check you have 10Mb of storage space available on your hard drive.
3. You should virus check the download using a virus scanner complete with the latest antivirus data updates. While we do virus check the download before posting, new viruses are being discovered all the time.
4. Backup any important system and data files.
5. You may need Administrator privileges to install the program on Windows NT, 2000 or XP.
You will know the update has been successful when you see Version 2.1 appear in the bottom right of the program's startup screen.

The complete DX Air Conditioners version 2.1 is available free on CD from your nearest temperzone sales office. Keep your eye on this website for notice of further updates.
Troubleshooting
Error: Setup program freezes on last window displaying "Setup is updating Borland database engine configuration".
Problem: You don't have enough access priveleges to install the program under Windows NT/2000/XP.
Solution: Have your network administrator install the program using Administrator privileges.
Error message: "Unable to update the system register"
Problem: You don't have enough access privileges to install the program under Windows NT/2000/XP.
Solution: Have your network administrator install the program using Administrator privileges.
Error message: "Error opening the Acrobat Reader or PDF"
Problem: The DX Air Conditioners program is unable to locate the Acrobat Reader program or PDF file. Acrobat Reader or the PDF file may be corrupted or missing.
Solution: Try opening other PDF files to see if this is just an isolated problem, or re-install the Acrobat Reader program. If installing under Windows XP, 2000 or NT, refer to paragraph above.
Error message: "This file may contain newer information than this viewer can support. It may not open or display correctly..."
Problem: Some PDF files may be saved for a version of Acrobat Reader which is more recent than what you have installed.
Solution: Ignore this message as temperzone is not using the new features.
