(New Zealand only)

General
In order for temperzone to provide good customer service for returned goods and any associated credits it is essential we obtain all the relevant information from you the customer.

Knowing your product's serial number and/or invoice number will assist us in speeding up your claim. (Note: Serial numbers are only traceable on our system for units manufactured from 2004 onwards).

Please adhere to the following requirements so we can action your request in a correct and timely manner:

Warranty Claims
Refer to Temperzone's General Conditions of Sale or separate Warranty documentation for terms and conditions.

To register your warranty claim, first complete a Warranty Claim No. Request form and fax to Temperzone, or telephone 0800 TZWARRANT (0800 899 2772). On receipt, a TZW claim number will be allocated and advised to you. This will become your reference for the claim.
Note: The issue of a claim no. is not an acceptance of any claim, purely a reference number.
