The Pebble WiFi controller is supplied with a free 3 year license to use the PebbleAir App. The App is cloud based and has a small cost of approx US$5 per year after the first 3 years, regardless of how many devices the App is shared with. All software updates and upgrades are free. 

Warranty
Australia: 5 years on the Pebble device when purchased through Temperzone.
New Zealand: 2 years on the Pebble device when purchased through Temperzone.
